I believe that the majority of health complaints and ailments that people commonly experience are due to living with imbalance. This is largely a result of inappropriate diet and lifestyle practices.
These practices may be due to lacking or mis-guided education, and often result in fatigue, blood sugar imbalances, emotional imbalances, lack of cellular nutrition and compromised intestinal integrity.
A large part of my counseling and education is assisting clients in attaining lasting balance in these areas. As the body regains its intelligence and integrity, and discovers a new-found optimal state of balance and nourishment, a profound practice automatically unfolds. I call this practice Intuitive Eating. As my clients find that they are intuitively eating foods that provide them with a sense of vitality and optimal well-being… they create a profound sense of balance, harmony and peace previously unattainable..and seemingly effortlessly!
